On Jan. 27 of 2010, all the group of ITAV went to the holiday center- Zhuang Jia Zhuang Hot Spring located in Huizhou GuangDong. On the purpose of self-breakthrough, deepening communications and cooperations, training the group, we started the outward development training and the annual meeting for 3 days.

       With the fast, healthy and stable development of the company, the personal skills and team esprit become more and more important. No matter in the view of training and entertainment, it has been improved a lot compared to that of last year. In the day time, we put ourselves to the training, in the evening, we enjoyed the hot spring to remove the tiredness of all the year.

                When we shout out our slogan in the exercising training, we were with full of faith and passions in the continuous exercises of training.

                在训练场上不断练习时，我们激情飞扬；

                We conquered a lot of difficulties in the training, we hugged together.

               We were also very high in the evening entertainment party.

        When we finished one super-difficult task after another , we believe every member successfully climbed over the wall in their heart and exceeded themselves. Every team cooperation and hugs, commmunications after success shortened our gap and increased the mutual understanding and the intimacy,the friendship. Therefore a well-communicative harmonious and unanimous team was built among the different individuals.

         The outward development training was finished, but the influence in our heart is to be continued. The time is very short but the acquires are huge. When we look back to the difficulties and challenges in the training, we were impressed a lot. This training is a baptism for the heart and upgraded our passions for working. It is not only the simple training but also the culture,the spirit, the conception and the type of thinking, the challenge. It made everyone aware of moral of unity which brings out the strength. And also it told us that no matter what we do, we must have a specific target. Without the specific target, there will be no clear direction, not only wasting time but also reaching nothing. The key is we need to be calm and use the positive attitude to face our job, our life and finally conquer it. The inter-communication is badly needed and the communication channel should be widened. In front of difficulties, our biggest foe is not the facing obstacles but ourselves. The most difficult enemy is ourselves. Thus we should be positive,optimistic,and aggressive in everything.

         Every event,every cooperation in detail,and every successful challenge let us realize the meaning of the TEAM-Together Everyone Achieves More.
